Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Receipt against successful premium transaction not generated

Even though premium transaction against Policy No : 92xxxxxx successful, Premium Receipt not getting generated for the same .

Its Expected to be generated in three working days, now it's around 13 days still premium receipt not generated.

Below link used performed payment :
Link used for payment : https://customer.onlinelic.in/LICEPS/appmanager/OnlinePayment/OnlinePaymentHome

After successful transaction and if receipt not received withen 3 days, they ask us to drop mail against mails id : [protected]@licindia.com

But it seems their is no reply from their end.
I tried to contact via phone bt it's either busy or other not exist .
