Really disappointed with the service provided by LIC. I have requested for address change and nominee change for my policy. I have submitted several applications at different LIC offices, called customer care however, it is still not change.
Several applications were submitted at
LIC Velachery Office (Chennai),
LIC Sarasuna branch (Kolkata),
LIC Sector 18 Noida branch,
LIC Chawri Bazar (Delhi)
