I am Mrs. Preeti Khanna, age 50 years, R/o 34 Sharda Vihar Phase 1, Dayal Bagh Agra, UP. My husband died on 28.04.2021 due to Covid-19. He had purchased 2 policy no.[protected],[protected] under HUF (Gurdayal khanna(L.A) Gurdayal khanna HUF(P), , branch DBO (266) AGRA settled the claim and payment was transferred to Gurdayal khanna HUF on 15/6/2021. But LIC claim department made big mistake, they mentioned name of only HUF and the payment was rejected by bank due to name mismatch. Our claim department Informed us on 18.6.2021 that the policy claim amount will be issued by cheque. The permission of cheque will be given by divisional office Agra 2 ro 3 days.. thereafter I am going there more than 25 time to visit in branch office DBO code 266 but neither any satisfactory answer not any cheque is received from them. Everyone is passing onthe matter to one another but no response is given to me. Always when I go there the branch says the manager cliam will pass the claim, the manager claim says MM will pass the claim, and MM says SDM will give the permission for issue of cheque, but today after 70 days I have not received any cheque or /NEFT. A woman who lost her husband is being troubled by LIC.Hence, I would be very grateful if you kindly look into the matter and pass order to issue cheque or NEFT with interest. Hoping for a positive reply from your side.
