I shall be highly pleased to inform you that i am suffering with my surrendered policy from two years. After two year i surrender myself to my agent that i don’t need my surrender value because this is value less for me after two years, but he told me that some of my surrender amount i receive in my bank account soon. I received 2900/- & then i asked him is this full my surrender amount then he told me no some more amount i receive in my bank soon, i told him ok that’s fine. This total incident happened on february 2017.
After i received my policy surrendered amount partly, every month my policy emi deducted from my bank account. When i asked my agent about that problem why my surrender policy emi deducted from my account he refer his branch and he told me again and again that he was completed his all responsibility but branch manager make some problem.
I told him if you are not able to give me my policy surrender value then its ok for me but why every month i bother for my surrender policy emi.
· i don’t understand why lic recruit illiterate people for serving their clients.
· if lic only happy to take money from their clients not worried for client service then it’s ok.
· i don’t need money whatever my surrender value is. I donate this money to lic’s illiterate agents and branch managers also but i don’t tolerate that for lic’s illiterate and useless branch manager and agents i suffer any problems during my surrender policies emi etc etc.
