I have submitted my policy no[protected] to your kolkata city br 1 on 03.02.2018 for surrender & take money to my s/b a/c. I requested them on that day to do it an earliest. Official assured me it will be done within sort time. I visited to your office today for early complete of the process. After query they found my papers & assured that it will be done today. But sorry to say till now no money credited to my account. As i am in urgent need of money i am surrendering my policy & want quick disposal. But your service don't bother about customer's requirements. Is it a customer service wanted by customers from a reputed company like you
