My lic policy no.[protected] and matured in march 2019. Hence i requested to claim in specific format at lic office, koppal (Karnataka) on 03/04/2019. But stil i have not received the amount. But when i enquired at koppal office, they told it is sent to a wrong address and the cheque has been encashed. Now the authorities are delaying in correcting their mistake and not acting as per the law.. Simply they are harassing us by wasting our energy, time and money... With hope of the needful you do.. i have purchase the lic. but after some time i have not pay the policy.
now i want my money back. but they are saying you cannot aply for back as the policy rule.
