I purchased one policy from lic agent this year, now i am not happy with her services, Sometimes i feel like they all are fake, because i got a call for policy first time that person was different, but different person came to my home to get the policy, policy agent name on policy is different& when i call him, then that number is using by some other lady and was saying she is the agent. Sir I ( Kabyashree Borthakur) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated 11/11/17, Rs.2650/- through www.Licindia.com, but I do not receive any receipt till date and time. Rs.2650/- has been debited from my account on same time and I have received the payment acknowledgment as well. So, Plz do the needful.Thank you.
