Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Want to delete extra login id of lic, name= Kartik Dogra policy=[protected] login=[protected]

I have two different user id's with two different policies under them.
I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id.
Please help me to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

User id 1:
name= Kartik Dogra
policy=[protected]
login=[protected]

User id 2:
name= Kartik Dogra
policy=[protected]
login=[protected]

Please help me to delete user id 1 eg.(name= Kartik Dogra policy=[protected] login=[protected])
