Life Insurance of India — delay in gas delivery and the agent lies when we ask about the delivery

Hai, my name is surkeha and i booked bharat cylinder for refill on 25/03/2020, my invoice also generated but till now didnot get the gas, my consumer number is[protected], booking number 222019, the name of delivery agent is arumugam, whenever i call him he will say tomorrow i will give and suddenly yesterday he said for sure tomorrow morning i will deliver, but now morning he said today is holiday, what is the point and please change my delivery man next time, i dont want to deal with such a irresponsible person, even he dont know where is my address, he will call 13 times though he is delivering the gas to us every month. Kindy check if not i will escalate in all social media.
