I ordered i10 earpods from sponsored site (I10 earpods) from facebook for rs 1499.. What they sent me was i7 earpods - which didn't work from the start. I tried contacting them on their email address - [protected]@i10earpods.com numerous times. They replied after couple of days that i may return the item to them by courier so i couriered them back the same day. They received it & after that there is no response from them. Ive mailed them with all details. I think im duped by this fraud co. I request you to help me to get back my refund.
Also, this needs to be stopped as lot of people are being duped like me.
Please note : attached herewith are..
1) my bill & amount paid for item
2) online receipt of courier which i returned the item & they received it
