I had ordered for a red ear pods and i have received white. Moreover as mentioned on their portal i should be receiving model i7 whereas i have received i7s tws which is completely different then the pictures on their portal. The devices charging point should be bottom whereas which i received as it on its back. There should be a charging green light between the two pods when placed in the device whereas one received by me its missing. I had return the device immediately and no response from them yet nor i have recieved my refund

Note: i have searched other shopping portal and found the model i7s tws is just been sold @ 599 inr on other portals, they are cheating people and i need refund of my money immediately.

1. The product is not i10 it is i7s.
2. It is white in colour and I ordered red.
3.lastly the most important thing one earpod is not working
I have mail them the complaint. But no response.
It is a fraud company and I want my money back
