I ordered for the above device online and confirmed as order no iep - 10561. I received the device on 11th jan 2019 and the device is not functioning despite i followed the operational instruction in the pamphlet. I referred my complaint to the supplier but no response.
I would inform that i made the advance payment in full and was advised the device will be worth and very useful for all kind of phones. I fondly hoped it will be convenient for my use since i am working on a computer.
This is really a matter of aversion to make purchases online since one cannot relay upon any products sold such a away. Authorities should adopt effective measures to curb down such practices in our country. Was this information helpful? |
