I have ordered for a i10 earpod but i didnt received that product and instead i got i7s tws product which is not working properly... The sound quality is not good... Watching youtube or any videos is a problem as the sound comes after the video is gone... There is no way to reach to them... Have reached them through mail but havent received any answer from them... I want to return the product and want the refund back...
