Lifeline Hospital — Wrong treatment and casual approach

My wife was having issues in her stomach and we consulted Dr.Vincy Chandran in lifeline hospital adoor, she was unable to even diagnose properly that what is the real root cause and prescribed medicines which later on caused reaction and her face swelled. When we went again they never bothered and asked her to come next week evening, we waited and went on a friday evening thats when they said doctor only sits in morning and again asked to come another day next week.
