[Resolved]  Lifelong Appliances — Warranty not honoured

I bought a lifelong mixer grinder from Amazon on 23/09/22 with one year warranty, one of its jar broke down a few days back so I registered a complaint 482914:1934677 on 26/06//23 with them after a long and tedious process I was assured of a replacement jar within 6-7 working days but till date nothing happened no support from their end also written several mails to Amazon too but all in vain no one heeds it seems lifelong and Amazon are bugging poor customer hands in hand
Lost all my trust on Amazon too.
