Lifelong 4 burner gas bought in august 2018, knob broke on 8th dec when gas was on. Now called customer care and they are not receiving mails. Supposedly i send a mail from my gmail to their customercare email and they get it only 24hrs later as per some foolish bella customer rep of theirs. No one is taking the complaint and no one is being assigned to fix it whereas o am not even sure if this is causing a gas leak. Also it has 1 year warranty...
