This is regarding the order placed at lifestyle online store on 26th Jan 2023 for 8279 Rs. The product was always in Transit and no other update.
I kept calling the lifestlyle helpline for support. Each time the response is the issue is escalated and wait for 48 hrs. There is not update from the help line. Ticket number 2988851
I have then requested for cancellation and refund on 4th February 2023. Kept asking for update on 10th February and the customer support person says cancellation is not requested yet. And then he raised the ticket for cancellation - 3002070
