I ordered on 11th may 2023 . Received my order in a single packet on 15th may 2023 . In that packet one wrong item was sent instead of what I order. I immediately called customer care they asked me to share images of the tag of product, product image and invoice copy. I shared it on the same day. And they said to wait for 48 hours it will get resolved. Today is 27th may 2023 they are not able to resolve it. They initiated a return request on 21st may 2023 and by 23rd may it will get picked up. Nobody came to pick it up. Again I called lifestyle on 24th May 2023 they said wait for 48 hours we will resolve it. No solution provided. No communication. I myself called on 26th May 2023 to know that status. They blamed me that i didn't pick the call of delivery boy. This made me angry . I said that nobody called me and i can give you call history also. So they initiated again the request. Now after initiating the request they say wait till 30th May. Also I got the SMS from delhivery that it will get picked up by 26th May but nobody came. I called on 27th May from my no. Nobody picked it up. I called from another no.call got picked by excutive. The lady was so unaware of what customer is going through and replied that you have missed call and bla bla. They are not allowing me to submit it to the store also. This is the second time I am been trapped by lifestyle policies and so called solution. My money is blocked. Wrong product which is of no use is lying in my cupboard. Total fraud company and customer support is pathetic. They are doing nothing. They are again saying to wait till 30th May and if it does get picked up then again make a call. Is customer so free?

This is regarding the order placed at lifestyle online store on 26th Jan 2023 for 8279 Rs. The product was always in Transit and no other update.
I kept calling the lifestlyle helpline for support. Each time the response is the issue is escalated and wait for 48 hrs. There is not update from the help line. Ticket number 2988851
I have then requested for cancellation and refund on 4th February 2023. Kept asking for update...

I have returned product which I have bought through lifestyle on July 12 they didn't initiate refund for two months still I didn't get my refund no reply from them no response no apologies simply nothing as their terms and conditions amount should be refunded within 14 working days on my case it was 80+ days still I didn't received lethargic on answering everytime false information while contacting customer care support

I ordered a pink code company handbag of 1699rs for my mother in law via lifestyle app, but in return they delivered a black code company bag to her of 999rs. Bill was shared for 1699rs only, but incorrect product was delivered and when i called to complain about it. They ask me to drop an email on [protected]@lifestylestores.com, which i did. And after 15 days they responded back that they sent the right product, order id was [protected]. Picture of bag ordered and bag received is attached for reference along with the bill.

Refund not initiated
First i bought the product the product was stinking and had used marks on it then i complained about it after A MONTH the person came to return and now THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. HOW shameless of them to cheat customers like us. As it is i have spread a word about it with all my relatives and friends they shared the same experience. Also they said that the company will be bankrupt and will be demolished in the coming years.

My name is Meena Malkani and my order no is [protected] which is ordered on 8th of April, 2022. please find the below mail trail for the confirmation mail received.
Immediately on the very next day, on 9th of April morning I cancelled my order and was waiting for the refund. On 12th of April, i called customer service no. and came to know that somehow dues to some issues my order was not cancelled. the executive i spoke to gave me the complaint no. as Complaint no.– 2292297 and said that he has raised a request for cancelling the order and i should get the refund in next couple of days.
Today, on 15th of April, i called the customer service number again and came to know that the refund request was not initiated, so they will raise another request for initiating it and again gave me the complaint no. 2298829 and that i will have to wait for next 5-7 working days to get the refund.
I fail to understand that i cancelled my order on 9th and have already completed the waiting days for getting the refund. now, again why i have to wait for next 1 week to get it?
everytime i call up customer service they just give me a new complaint no. to follow up. This is really not acceptable. As per my understanding as soon i cancel my order the refund should be initiated. However, it does not happen and everytime the customer service executives just keep on giving me complaints no. to do a follow up. Neither i get any SMS or emails from lifestyle to let me know the progress of my request, In the mobile app, it is just showing "processing" since 8th april when i 1st placed my order.
It is very annoying to call up CS no. and keep getting no resolution to my refund.
Request to look into this seriously and refund the money ASAP.

Ordered items online on 29th Oct 2021. Returned on 9th Nov 2021.
Returned via BLUEDART. Recieved acknowledge mail from BLUEDART that the products are picked up. But lifestyle has not updated anything till now about return neither they are refunding the amount. The customer support executive told me that the products have arrived at their warehouse and the refund have already been initiated. When I called the customer support again and again they are telling us to wait for sometime and refund is not yet initiated

My name is Yashaswita Raj. I received an order from LifeStyle on 6th June " Order #: [protected]" which i returned the very next day due to size issue.
I have been following up with customer care since one and half month and they are not providing any resolution on this. All i hear is it will be refunded within a week.
I have called 4-5 times and have received same answer every time.
In the app it is showing "refund requested" since 7th June.
This is highly dissatisfying to receive same fake promises from Customer support and no concrete resolution.
Seems lifestyle is not in situations to handled online order efficiently.
Kindly look into this matter and initiate my refund ASAP.

I ordered a product named forca chevron pattern striped flip-flops order no. [protected] from lifestyle mobile app on june 14 2020. I paid a amount of rs. 648 through credit card. After 2-3 days i canceled the order and request for refund. But till now i haven't receive my refund. I discussed the same with lifestyle customer care but they said that it will take time. I read in their terms & conditions that refund will be reflected in your account in 5-7 days but now its more then 5-7 days but i haven't receive my refund. I also call customer care executive but they said me that we have already initiate your refund and you have to call you bank for delay in refund receiving.

charge for carry bag

Today i shopped from lifestyle store in pacific mall, subhash nagar. I was charged ₹10 for big paper carry bag. And as per my knowledge, retail store brands are not allowed to charge for paper bags. There is even a barcode on the paper bag and the price is mentioned. But if we are shopping from the store, a paper bag is an obvious need for the customer and should not be charged extra for it.

I have purchased few cloths in lifestyle and they asked us to pay for carry bag that carry bag having the name of lifestyle name when i asked them about govt rule that you have not to charge for carry bag when that carry bag having company name. Executive simply replied like we got orders from our management to charge .
i request please raise a complaint towards lifestyle i.e Landmark Group.Lifestyle should have give an apology to their customers and they should stop collecting amount from their customers.

We bought a dining table 2 years back and today morning the leg of the dining table just broke. I can’t understand that how can the wood be if such poor quality to break in such a short time. We were told malaysian wood is a good quality wood and is durable. We can’t believe lifestyle sells such products and does not inform the customers beforehand. And we don’t have any maintenance service. Customers beware before buying any product. Check the quality thouroughly

selling carry bags by having brand name on it

Even after the declaration from consumer rights organisation not to charge on carry bags that have brand name on it, they are charging for it and i want to file a complaint on this and they are making advertisement for their brand by taking money from us in opposite direction. I want to complain that even after the statement that had been passed from consumer organisation they are not following it and because of this complaint i hope they will take necessary action on it

I bought a sunglass from lifestyle store trivandrum, kerala a couple of days back. When i tried to return the glass and select a new one, the sales person told that returning of product is not allowed there. But in the bill copy, it is specified that the products purchased can be returned or exchange within 3o days. This store is located in "mall of travancore", chakai, trivandrum, kerala.

I got a lifestyle gift card from my office It was written valid at max, max fashions.com, lifestyle stores across India. With my family done shopping last while billing at max they told its not valid.
I felt really insulted
As a end-user I don't know anything I just have the card it's written valid at max, maxfasion, lifestyle across India. When I called lifestyle customer support they say it's a franchisees store and it won't support. Last I had to pay bills with credit card. It was unplanned purchase and this is very bad experience for me

I have placed an order on lifestyle. Order id for the same is [protected]. on 05-12-18 product has been delivered and on one of product which is maybelline eye shadow(from seller Landmark), i have found MRP 860 rupees and lifestyle has charged me 925 rupees. You can charge whatever amount but not more than MRP. I have attached photo of product, MRP tag and lifestyle payment. I have requested customer care more than 10-15 times but they are denying by saying we are escalating the same and they don't give any complaint id or conversation id. They suggest to wait for 48 days and after 48 hours when i called customer care again, they said that there isn't any complaint regarding that order and taking complaint again and same no tracking of that complaint. I am sure that on call they are just giving formalities and no action has been taken against that complaint.

Bad Pricing Policy

Today 1st Jan 2015. Visited LifeStyle Mantri Mall, Bangalore. We spent an hour choosing clothes. We went to the billing counter. There we were told that if you have a Lifestyle card, then the discount can be availed. We were shocked. Nobody told us that a Lifestyle card is required for availing the discount nor was it mentioned in the price tag. We told the billing executive to not bill the items and left deciding that we will not visit LifeStyle stores again.
An hour wasted.

I was shopped on 18 April about 6000 but at that time I was no membership card to add my point..i asked to the sale boy can I add my points further he said yes u can check on our e mail id but I visited your email address but There is no any other option for adding my points in pantaloons if in present time u don't have card they add your points later i want that facility in your store also.

I did purchasing of clothes from LIFESTYLE, Oberoi mall, Goregaon (E).
the shopping cost was 3006 rs. I gave my citi bank debit card for payment, they swipe the card and gave me receipt o[censored]nsuccessful transaction.
after it i gave my credit card for payment of 3006 rs , and this time it got successfully swiped.
when i left the store i got a message, my money transact from debit card as well. Immediately i went to billing count and i told them about this double payment. the billing counter executive told me money will automatically come within 72 hours in your account.
I waited for full week for the money, but no money received in my account. when I enquired about it with citi bank, they told me money they have transfered in vendor account.
I again went to LIFESTYLE Goregaon store and contact the customer support for this. I didnt get any confirmation from their side what happen with my money.

We had purchased a Elaine Dining Table from the Lifestyle Mall at Kalyani Nagar, Pune near Gold Adlabs. The purchase was done on 02/04/2008 with a warranty of 1 year. Within 5 months of the purchase 2 chairs of the dining table broke (which was very risky). As the purchase was covered under warranty I have been continously following up with Lifestyle employees (Mr Asif & Mr Roshan) to have the same repaired, however the same has still not been done. Lifestyle — Multiple debits instead of single
Hi,I purchased a Kurta from lifestyle oberoi mall mumbai. Instead of one debit, 3 debits were done from my account. I have been following them since 23 days but they have not yet reverted with the money despite promising that it will be done in 3-4 days.
Calling them again and again to keep track has frustated me to the core. If they have a problem at their server or anywhere, the customer should not have to wait for her money!

Lifestyle — Price mismatch
In lifestyle i purchased a kids dress which is cost is 745/- given by lilliput. But the Life style people put another sticked with 895/-. Regarding the same i tried to contact the store over phone but nobody is responsing.This is happened in Lifestyle, Gopalan Signature Mall, Bangalore - 560016.
I have ordered fansy 1saree but u have delivered cheep local saree I want to return this saree and want my cash back
