Lifetime Holidays World — payment not getting back

I paid 78000/- for dubai trip for three people.. 15/sept/2015 rs 52000/- into account [protected] of boi & rs 26000/- on 7/aug/2015 into account #[protected] of indusind bank.. Till date nothing got & no refunds.. My account # [protected] bob thru which i did rtgs..
I did requests many times but no result..
I got call from janavi cell #[protected], [protected],
My cell # [protected] & [protected] sandeep nagori
