15.01.15 - We got offer from this company, Goa Rs.20, 000/- (Air fare, Hotel, F&B) for 4 days.
16.01.15 - We paid advance 9, 700/- for booking air ticket & hotel.
16.01.15 - On same day came to know that air tickets not included in this package & would be charge more than 40, 000/-.
16.01.15 - I cancelled whole trip, just because of fake information or hidden offer.
16.01.15 - I applied for refund & they also agreed for refund same day and also as per company policy refund will be after 4 months.
I followed up many times for refund status but they not responded properly and giving BS excuse reason for delay.
Now a days, they calling for refund the amount but they started new mode of payment where customer will go to ATM & access his own atm then give all details to them like code & all.
I crossed checked with bank also they doen't know this type of payment mode.
So, I called up Lifetime accountant, & he said this is new mode of payment which RBI officer also dont know.
& they dont hv any other mode option of payment for refund.
Now the accountant come with new idea for refund, pay to them 28% service tax on 9700/- then only he can make NEFT.
