Liftnkart — fraud played by the company | |||
I received a call from the LIFTNKART company saying that they are giving an offer to the random customers they have selected through e-commerce and as a promotion they are giving a assured gift to those selected customer, in return customer have to buy one combo product from their website(the product which we ordered will NOT be received but they will send some random useless product which we cannot return) and have to pay through internet banking (no cash on delivery). after buying the product the next day another person from the office will call and say that the customer has won MARUTI BALANO CAR and have pay another Rs. 21, 250/- towards processing charges. So everyone please DO NOT entertain any call from the LIFTNKART company they are just trying loot the customer. the said company is sham and trying to manipulate the customer into giving the money. I have ordered a T-Shirt but the company have some other product. I have contacted the company into return/refund but till now they have not given any useful information to do so. even for the e-mail they have not replied. whenever I call the customer care they say that their supervisor is in meeting or they are out of town. company is totally a fraud and please do not fall for them Was this information helpful? | |||
