Liftnkart — wrong commitment of fraud e-commerce site-liftnkart

I got a call from liftnkart on 01.10.2018 from [protected] that you are selected as valuable online customer from your region and seeing your past purchase from various online sites such as flipkart, amazon. We are offering you an offer, so if you purchase any product from our site then we will guarantee give you assured prize so, after purchasing the product i come to know that they are frauds. These people use to play with the sentiments of innocent people.
I purchased a gift for my wife on same day which worth me rs 1299 but i have not got my product and order status shown still pending at their site. They are not taking my calls in spite of repeated attempts to contact with them. So, please take action against this company.
