Hi everyone who are looking out for a job please do not join this company called Light Mass solutions Pvt Ltd there are the cheapest guys i have ever seen in my life and they spoil all youngster life who joined them, they have not paid office boys who cleans the toilet and they have two office one in BTM and one in Silk board they have not paid the rent to both the offices they are cheat guys they don't have NO MONEY no water to drink...

Hi i have worked at Light Mass Solutions for a US process and these people r so sick that they dont have money to pay the salaries and they have a hidden clause in the offer letter which is not mentioned during interview, and the HR tells that they have to pay electricity bill and transportation charges, its a very big fraud.
