They cheated and ruined my life. Made me come to office by threatening blacklisting my name, but refused to pay any salary despite exceeding the targets.

They have cheated.

They cheated me so many times by deceiving me.

They have many other cheating companies. They have infozeek solutions private limited, light mass solutions private limited and many other companies.

Answering to your above statement, when you people can spoil our goals why should not we post a complaint against you, if i had not posted this complaint your company would have not even bothered about our career or the promises you made.

I have not posted anything which has not happened its all truth, i also have a team of members who have faced this issue because of your company just imagine our loss of 7 months salary it may be a tea expense for giant companies like lms but as a normal citizen still i am suffering to clear my prior credit what i have got.

I never spoil any ones reputation for no reason, why am i going to complain if i had not faced these issues.

If you want me to prove i will personally take step to call all the victims who faced this issue and ask them to post their complaints here

Dear sir,

I am starting my own business as i lost my reputation on my career, thanks for your advice any how i request you people to at-least please follow the business ethics, if your company do not want a candidate after interview just tell them we have rejected for no reason, the candidate will search for a next job immediately as jobs are not a problem in the market today. But making a candidate believe that he is going to get a excellent package in the industry and making them to loose their prior job and make them wait for a long time spoils their career, their beliefs, their dreams, their plans, reputation lot and lot. To join a job in outstation we have to plan many things. Family set up, we need to take a room, arrangement for travel and many more things just imagine light mass solutions has made me wait for more than 7 months that is half a year with out any income, waste of boarding in bangalore for such a long time etc, etc.

You may have a question why did not this victim try for another job when we are not hiring, the salary proposed was excellent, i came bangalore believing only lms offer, your hr people were giving dates every week now and then so we were waiting every month even if we were frustrated but at last i met many guys who were suffering from the same issue that i was facing by lms only then i decided to post this complaint and tried to realize we have been fooled for such a long time by a newly started company.

Even the consultant who made us attend the interview did not have words to answer us, but they have the consultancy contract what lms as offered they may take the legal step how ever required but just think about us, can we be fighting against a company for not hiring us the only way for us is to search for the next job or move ahead how ever considered.

Now you are replying me and working hard to save your companies reputation but with whom can i fight to bring my reputation to the next step in my career, what can i do for the losses i faced, last month i attended a interview for a company called ttg their first question was why is that a break in your career past 6 months. That is the reason i decided to find my own way, even if i come and meet you people in the company once after a dispute we wont be having a soft going so please excuse me and try to at least not follow this in future because every candidate has his own personal issues that is the reason they search for a job otherwise why are we going to work and earn.

Dear sir,

Thanks for taking initiative and responding to my mail, mr. Rooban who was the hr for light mass solutions in the month of feb took interview for us in the btm layout office we were working in outstation, he informed us to re-leave from our job as they have hired us and ready to start the project believing his words we quit our jobs and were waiting for joining, we also made a home near bommanahalli he did not respond us at even through phone for more than 2 months at last after continuous calling he gave nithya hr phone number, again miss jayanthi spoke to us we got in contact with many friends but even they did not turn up i tried cumming directly to the office many times but no admission in maruthi chambers office too, really frustrating if you are not interested in hiring us you could have told directly on our face, but this scenario totally made us made time loss, money loss, our name spoiled in home am sorry i cannot explain more as for now even a break in my experience i am working for a small company for less salary from my previous salary all credits because of light mass solutions.

You people contacting us once after a complaint did not care about employees life when we were suffering for job after attending a interview in your company.

Atleast please take care of your employees who are currently working, am sorry i had to do this as i have suffered so much because of light mass solutions.

I really say no body respects me now even in my family...

I saw and read your post, i understand your concern about you not getting the revised date of joining from the company, however i would also like to state that hr has sent out periodic communication to every individual to whom the offer letter was given. I beg to differ with your statement that the employees not being paid and are leaving the company. I have been with the company for over 4 months and am being paid on time. Hi everyone who are looking out for a job please do not join this company called Light Mass solutions Pvt Ltd there are the cheapest guys i have ever seen in my life and they spoil all youngster life who joined them, they have not paid office boys who cleans the toilet and they have two office one in BTM and one in Silk board they have not paid the rent to both the offices they are cheat guys they don't have NO MONEY no water to drink nothing at all more over these guys, cant run even a small shop. From the office boys, cab drivers, agents, no one has got paid its all their own guys who has posted some good about the company which is all big time fake. but trust me guys you'll have a hope i[censored] work in domestic call center but i[censored] join Light Mass Solution's i[censored] get in to this company you'll end up in waiting outside the office asking for salary for eternity if you are working for them, please its a Request please don't join this horrifying company at all in your life time. this is what they say when you go and ask for the salary.

3.You where in PIP but they don't no what is that is apart.
4.I have never seen any company having Variable pay which is never paid.
5 PF which has been taken from the salary has no PF NUMBER at all.
6.Lightmasssolutions so called "INTERNATIONAL BPO"-but salary are worst than DOMESTIC CALL CENTER.

Please do not join them...if your a happy married man or women wanna get [censored] in your life then hear you go ligtmasssolutions is hiring.

I made a biggest mistake in my life joining LMS they offered something and they paid 30% less, when i went and asked them they said because NO performance, nobody can show performance as soon as u start working its all scam please dont join these kind of companies and waste ur life ... LMS SUCKS

Hi i have worked at Light Mass Solutions for a US process and these people r so sick that they dont have money to pay the salaries and they have a hidden clause in the offer letter which is not mentioned during interview, and the HR tells that they have to pay electricity bill and transportation charges, its a very big fraud. BE CAREFULL

This is worst call center located in BTM layout Bangalore, They gave me a call from a consultancy offering Job for this company in the month of February 2013. I was forced to come for the interview. Once i attended the interview they offered 30% hike on my previous salary. They had told me offer letter would be released in the first week of march and joining would be probably in the same time but till today that is August 26th they never turn up. not only to me but also for more than 45 people many of them quit their jobs believing this company. they have also released offer letters for some o[censored]s. The consultancy people are not paid b this company. Some of them working in this company are not receiving their salaries for months together. I suggest no one to join this company or even attend the interview for this company
