Lime Line — receive a wrong material but now company have no refund & return facility available

I have ordered a dress (long gown) in Lime Line site on 05.06.2019 & and same has ordered.material price is 775/- & i gave the option as cash on delivery.the material reached by me on 13.06.2019 by post & i gave the cash on the time of delivery.after received the packet, i opend & found that a used saree .then i called to customer care to return the packet & refund the money but they have no respond.they people have just majak with me & told me send your bank a/c details, we will instant pay the money.useless people.how disgusting the people are. how can they do this.its a fraud site.but no can can take any action against the company.
