I have received a wrong order of cheaper class quality against my purchase of Designer Dresses of Rs. 626.00 on 17.05.2019 through online portal of Lime Line. When I enquired with customer care about the same, they have responded in a indignified manner and blocked my mobile number. Now I am unable to contact them or browse their portal. Please look into the matter and facilitate in getting my refund of the purchase value. Please communicate your progress regarding my complaint.
