I have placed an order with Order # 111397 with two Articles via Cash on Delivery Mode of Payment. I got the shipment via India Post on 11 June 2019 and made payment to Postman. The products which I ordered and products which I received are completely different and are of very poor quality. I have been trying to contact them on Customer Service Number [protected] but after selecting correct options I am not at all able to talk to customer care executive. Even tried calling on the number displayed on Shipment Bag [protected] but number does not exist. This is for sure a fake online Retail company which is looting people like anything. I ordered two sarees but received wrong product and now i am trying to return it but they are not replying. I contacted through mail but no response received, contacted through call but no answer and call get cuts automatically and their online return & refund for fill but get no response. Kindly help me anyone to return and get my money returned.
