Limeline — saree and gown

I ordered a gown and a saree for my wife at limeline. My wife received the package and paid the amount without looking at the quality at the time of receiving. While we checked the product we came to know about worst quality. Still received no response from their customer care or support regarding return pickup and refund.
I tried to call them over their contact numbers but received no response over the call. Although i have sent them a mail regarding return pick up lets see if that helps.
