Limeline — sending wrong items and not receiving the call

I order a kurta set from limeline and they send a very saree instead of the kurta.in calling to customer service they r not responding. May be this is a fake online company. I have filled return and refund form but no reply from them. I think they would not refund. Please see that this company refund all the cuatomers whom they lotted would not cheat anybody. I ordered a lehenga from limeline rs 765 but when i got the package i found that i have got cheap saree.I want you to help me to get my money back because i am not satisfied with the product i got

Limeline is fraud company.l have ordered a designer kurti worth RS.539 but instead of I received a bad quality saree. I have paid RS 539 for the same.kindly help me to return my money from this fraud company and must take a strict action against it . thank you.
