Liminos Technology — My Issue is not Fixed till now please help of the Unauthorized charges taken by us without informing in our meter bil

Good morning sir,
With all due respect to the concern authorities, i have applied to a new meter online, my application was submitted and i was asked to go to the sub station after making many requests to the officer Zaid he took my offline documents and told me our area linemen will fix the meter next day. I have applied on[protected]. On[protected] i received a message that meter is issued.. On[protected] i received a message that meter is fixed, but actually it's not fixed. Mr Kiran our area linemen is fooling me since the day he left the meter at my home. And now he dropped my number in his reject list. I called with another number, he is saying he is having function at his home.. This is the behaviour of these officers.. I have a house worming tomorrow in my new home but no power.
The only reason why they (Mr Zaid, mr Kiran) are misbehaving with me because i applied the meter online instead of paying them directly i guess. Then what is the use of having online service
Now mr Kiran is not receiving my calls and my home is out of power.
I am very hurt and upset with the behaviour and service from the corporation. Being a self learner they made me to roam several times to the office, even then they have not finished the job
Hereby i request you to take severe and immediate action on this issue and fix my meter.
