Not delivering paper properly.
Today the paper boy has not delivered the paper.
I am a Wing Commander in Indian Airforce and would like to have a glance specially on this Independence day.
It is not the first time.
Previously also, he skipped some days.
Sometimes, he does deliver Sunday booklet.
