Link Intime — Send all required documents by registered post on 20.02.24 received by them on 24.02.24 but not updating in system

I submitted all my required documents to them on 20.02.23 they received on 24.02.23 but as I call customer care they reply me not updated in our system or not received when I send them all POD receiving details screenshot.
Help me urgently or give me higher authorities to make a complaint. As u am sr citizen and Retd. Feeling harishment.

i have share certificate. when i go for dematerialize, link intime latter was that " this share certificate are marked under "stop", (latter no. DM22203, DT:[protected], OBJ NO. ODC245. ),

unfortunately I NEVER Instructed you for stopping of transfer, how can I provide you for revoking letters?.br...
