I was prompted by linkedin to use their premium services for free for trial. After the free trial the company is supposed to intimate about the completion of the trial period and confirm with me whether to continue the services. With no prior intimation my amount got deducted and the website says that there is no policy for refund. How could there be a company without proper refund policy. I did not use the services nor was i informed about the amount being deducted for the services being provided. This gives me great pain as it is a pure breach of trust and is making me feel like being cheated. I request the concerned department to take up the issue and kindly revert my amount back.
