Hi,
i bought a free trial from linkedin previous month and as per the policy of LinkedIn, they should send the notice in my messages that they will deduct the amount after 7 days when the trial ends. But, no notice was given or sent by them, and amount is already deducted. Kindly review this suituation.

      I was charged for LinkedIn free premium features for 30 days free trial, While I subscribed for free premium feature a month ago, it said "Don't worry we will send an email notification before the day free subscription ends and you can cancel the same if you don't want to be charged" But in next steps you need my credit/debit card details and says that without that I am unable to use this free account service. you also told me that it is just for security process there are no any money will be deducted from your account and I entered all my card details and I'm shocked that at same time you charged me Rs. 7200 from my debit card, before free subscription end. also now I have cancelled all your subscription services before month end but still not receive my money. Please refund the same. I am awaiting for the refund.

      my 1900 INR deducted from my credit card on 10th july automatically even after opted out for traction done on 9th july sucessfully ..

        I see the openings which are showing are most of the time has already been filled up. Also there are no calls/message at all from www.linkedin.com now a days. If all good openings can be availed by getting membership then it will be difficult for the general public. Also the subscription amount rate is pretty high. I feel linkedin should be very careful before posting old positions which are of no use.

          I made my linkedin account and my account got restricted after a few days.
          For removing the restriction, they asked me to upload any of my identity proof.
          I uploaded it and the restriction was removed.
          Now, they have restricted my account again that too permanently without any particular reason.

          This linkedin account is connected to my other work account, which is effecting my work.

          I want the restriction to be removed any how so that i can start working back again as it is associated with my job too.

          I made my linkedin account with email "[protected]@gmail.com" and my account got restricted after a few days.
          For removing the restriction, they asked me to upload any of my identity proof.
          I uploaded it and the restriction was removed.
          Now, they have restricted my account again that too permanently without any particular reason.

          This linkedin account is connected to my other work account, which is effecting my work.

          I want the restriction to be removed any how so that i can start working back again as it is associated with my job too.

              In continuation with the email addressed to LinkedIn Support team and subsequent failure in correct responses to my complaints, I am raising this concern requesting you to provide the procedure to raise a complaint against LinkedIn on High Priority. I had believed that they were the Number 1 Professional website in the world. This is a high priority complaint that has to be raised to try and restore the irreparable loss incurred by me and my family members. On a bird view, the issue mainly lies in the improper functioning of a so-called MNC that has been operating and recruiting people who can never know their existence and prove it to humans.

              I am addressing this as the problems surrounding the corona virus remains never-ending at our residential area. Would prefer an email response only.

              Kindly reply as early as possible. Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.

                Linkedin kept prompting me to purchase premium membership.
                But i dont need it so i kept declining their suggestion

                Suddenly i find they have blocked my login saying provide id proof
                after i provided Adhar card snap they still kept giving me false excuse its not readable not visible
                i resent the adhar pic for three times. Still they did not activate my account saying the proof provided not acceptable.

                As an indian citizen adhar card is not acceptable document...?? how..?
                what is this site..? why are they asking national level security id proof?

                Pls note linkedin is following wrong practises to increase business or to trouble people

                  I had registered myself for a linkedin learning free trial for a month. The linkedin learning app never mentioned that it would be charging some amount for the trial. As i clicked on start trial, it is for sure that i did enter my card details [ card no, expiry and cvv ]. I did not enter my debit card pin neither did i recieve any otp. I recieve a msg from my bank that 50 inr has been deducted. It was shocking and unbelievable how linkedin deducted my money without my consent and verification which mostly happens by otp means.

                  I had to block my only debit card due to this sneaky transaction.in times of pandemic, i had opted for online courses for my ease but it created a new problem for me i. E applying for a new debit card. The transaction history shows www.linkedIn.in

                  If my greviances is not solved, i would have to go the court. It has been very frustrating for me!

                    Linkedin charged me 50 INR. The main problem is, they deducted a sum of 50 INR. Yes I had entered my debit card details but not the pin. I neither got an OTP to confirm Linkedin to deduct a sum of 50 rupees from mh bank account. I recieved a message regarding the deduction.

                    I was trying to enroll myself to a LinkedIn course. Please solve this problem.

                      Rs. 1652/- has been debited from my account by linkedin (Rpi*linkedin).

                      I don't know what this is for since i have no active subscriptions with the platform.

                      I have not authorised this transaction and i demand a refund for the same.

                      Here's the text message i have received:

                        I having account in linkedin, 2 or 3 months befor i searched candidate for my company, for that i paid rs.145 onthat time.
                        After i didnt use that. Till now i didnt receive any msg or call linkedin for that service.
                        Today thay dedeted rs.7242 from my bank account with out my knowledge and any indimation.

                        Requesting you refund the ammount, since in this lickout time it is difficult to manage my family needs.

                            Linkedin deducted money from my account without notifying me with a sms or email. I had filled in account details for a free trial for which account details were to be filled in compulsorily. Linkedin didn't notify me when free trial was over and automatically deducted money from my account. It leads to misuse of customers data which should be penalized.
                            I am going take appropriate legal actions if i would not get the refund from linkedin. Such companies tend to mischief their customers in the name of free trial services which are not at all worthy to spent.

                                Good afternoon

                                28th dec my account got closed by linkedin and when i tried login i got a message saying "linkedin cannot identify your login"

                                29th i just tried login to my linkedin account with the same id and password i shocked to see that all my connects (16000 + gone) and few groups which was built by me have closed.

                                I can see my account new and it was registered 29th dec 2018.

                                I built my connections since 2009 and on the business purpose i traveled to qatar, uae whom ever i met there even they added me in linkedin.
                                Most of my connections are through my sales navigation (I'm subscribing sales navigation often)

                                  I was trying for premium membership trail of LinkedIn. I have entered my card details but process but not completed and this month I have charged 1652 from my credit card. My I'd is [protected]@gmail.com
                                  Please help me to get my money refund to my account. They have informed that they will inform for the same but no message no call and no email from them and suddenly got deduction message
                                  I have installed a linkedin app and am not using it for a while and also i am not awared that they would charge for downloading their app...                                     I just received a messgae that amount of rupees 1652 has been deducted from my account.

                                    I took a free subscription and without any notification they have deducted my money. There is no proper helpline for the same.

                                    This is not the proper way of taking someone’s money without permission even if we agree to pay the next month we should get a proper notification.

                                      I was prompted by linkedin to use their premium services for free for trial. After the free trial the company is supposed to intimate about the completion of the trial period and confirm with me whether to continue the services. With no prior intimation my amount got deducted and the website says that there is no policy for refund. How could there be a company without proper refund policy. I did not use the services nor was i informed about the amount being deducted for the services being provided. This gives me great pain as it is a pure breach of trust and is making me feel like being cheated. I request the concerned department to take up the issue and kindly revert my amount back.

                                          1) i registered my self on free trial for premium on linkedin on[protected]. When i was registering they asked for my accounts details for free trail for a month stating that they will notify me before the expiry of the free trail and will charge a amount of 1400inr if i would be willing to continue (Attached image for your reference).
                                          2) today morning i received a mail from icici stating that amount of 1652inr has been deducted from my account for linkedin premium charges (Attached image for your reference) i was completely shocked without any notification they cut my money.
                                          3) i immediately contact them through help center and cancel my subscription as but now the state on their site that they will not refund me even after my cancellation. And their is no option or any customer care no. When i can talk to them that i was not informed that my free trial was over yesterday itself and also i registered my self late evening on[protected] for free trial then why without and notification or any information they cut my amount firstly, secondly the amount they cut is more than what they have mentioned when i registered. Now i am clueless what happened with me because at the time of registration they don't let you use the app without your bank details even if it is a free trail and suddenly they cut the amount without even notifying you.                                           Hi,

                                          I had subscribed from free trial, on completion of which LinkedIn deducted huge amount of INR 2832 without intimating or prior approval.
                                          Linkedin also deducted 2119.2/- without my approval. My account also shows that there was no approval frm my side. I also cancelled my free subscription much earlier than the expiry date. Cheap tricks from Linkedin or bad IT management from this so called big IT giant. The customer since 10 days is also not able to locate my payment done to them despite providing them all possible evidence that indeed they deducted the money.
                                          LinkedIn Premium membership complain:
                                          Same thing happens with me. Linked in deducted my amount of Rs. 1652. It means LinkedIn is dangerous for us coz it has control over our bank account. Even after free trial on NETFLIX or AMAZON PRIME or many more, they will first ask to pay for next month. During free trial other platforms also ask for bank account details but they don't deduct money without any prior notification. They ask to pay, if we want to pay then again we pay by our own self, it is not something which automatically deduct the amount like linkedIn. Such a cheat by such big platform "LINKED IN". They deducted my amount of Rs. 1652 from 24th October 2020 to 23rd November 2020. I sent them request for account review as we don't have any other options (like customer care or anything in LinkedIn). Then they didn't refund my amount and messaged something which I will post with image

                                            I am Suman Kabra. I was wrongly debited charges which are claimed as Free Services for A Month on Linked in under the Window _Try Premium Services for Free for a Month.When I registered myself for Career Opportunities I was asked my Debit card Details and there is a drop down window which says Why do we need your card details and it clearly states that for a Month you will not be charged for the services. Considering the brand name I input my card details and after registering they charged me without OTP Number since its a international transaction.I have the receipt of the payment as well.

                                              I am extremely dissatisfied and not happy with Linkedin as Linkedin has spoiled my Business and my profile and my network. This was terrible shock for me. I am very very unhappy about linkedin Process or Support. They have destroyed my Network I am really going to put in Consumer Forums and post it all over where ever and whenever i get chance. I am dissatisfied. Let me explain you what happened with me.

                                              I have my Genuine Linkedin Company Profile where i was using official email id - xyz this is official email id registered domain and my company website is there all is genuine and they considered my profile restrictions where i was ready to present all legal documents, because restricting the account or deleting the account you should atleast inform what wrong what is missing or give a chance to make necessary changes. I see many call girls or fake profiles on likedin don't you see those and why are those not restricted where my profile was restricted.

                                              They never answer my query properly and always were using links to provide me answer or to read which has huge content where my question was simple how many connection limit or csv file i can upload. I uploaded CSV file and my linkedin account was restricted and it was really bad again my all personal linkedin and all were restricted i had my same profile since years why you not restricted earlier and suddenly what went wrong that without informing me you restricted. This is what i wrote in all case replied but they did not replied to me properly answer to my query, Please understand what you have done is really not right or justified because we are real and genuine and ready to present our company license using official email address following all your criteria of do's and don't and proper name and all in filed or images, your developer does not know how to find fake and real profiles the query which you run is incorrect, Please atleast you should inform the person because restriciting the account and should give him once chance to make the corrections if there is any error, important my profile personal was active since years and suddently got restricted.

                                              You are wrong boss find call girls fakeprofiles on linkedin you will find to many and if any one uses fake name or fake photo you can never be able to find you never know trust is important and i lost trust on linkedin and i am really not happy will put on consumer forum and everywhere i want about this feedback screen shot what you have done with me is not right. Why you encourage mutual friends to add up to your network if you setting up limitation whyyyyy is that right wrong on one side you want to increase network on one side you are stopping them and restricting this is social network anything can happen you should keep charges if you want genuine profiles to be upload then only you willl get genuine profile...too bad you will be screwed and i am starting my posting with 100 emplyoes engaged on your posting work doing daily posting and spreading all your thing wrong thing then only you will realize your mistake...

All of sudden Linkedin closed our accounts without any information/warning. all our members are being disturbed since last 2 months.

                                                  Hi All, I tried LinkedIn free membership last month, for that I had to register with Credit card. I registered it. I knew according to the policy, it will auto renew the membership, but I dont know without notification. Today I got the message from Bank saying that amount got deducted for LinkedIn premium. I was shocked then I came to know that yesterday LinkedIn membership got expired and there was no notification about that. I totally forgot subscription. Now I cancelled the subscription, but linkedin shows that you have premium access till next month. I dont want that premium account. I dont know how to claim that amount. It is a kind of Cheating, they should have asked whether I am ready to continue or not. I dont know how to reach LinkedIn thru email. Please someone help me on this.                                                   What is worse, can't delete credit card information until "the end of the current period" which is a few years away. But LinkedIn will charge automatically near the end of period without notification!
                                                  LinkedIn designed the loop to charge automatically, without notification!

                                                    I had activated free Premium membership account for the period of February 2, 2016 to March 2, 2016 and i was supposed to get charged if i continue using from Mar 3, 2016, but LinkedIn has charged my credit card on Mar 2 only, which is unacceptable. I have emailed their support, no response from them so far. I don't need premium membership, i have cancelled it immediately after i was charged to avoid any further billing.
