Linkedin — Wrongly charging on my credit card for premium membership

I had activated free Premium membership account for the period of February 2, 2016 to March 2, 2016 and i was supposed to get charged if i continue using from Mar 3, 2016, but LinkedIn has charged my credit card on Mar 2 only, which is unacceptable. I have emailed their support, no response from them so far. I don't need premium membership, i have cancelled it immediately after i was charged to avoid any further billing.

They sent me a link on my email Id for free promotion. But when I click on the link they deduct 50 rupees from my account and even though they send me Bill for zero deduction. The conformation massage received from bank
