LinkINTime — Bonds redemption payment

My Bank details were not updated in time and hence cheque was physically sent to my address which was wrongly recorded. After the cheque is returned, i had a talk with linkintime helpdesk and sent all details as asked for to update my bank account. Documents reached linkintime office on16/4. I was told the case will be resolved in 15 days. Today is 15.5 and no communication from Linkintime as to when the money will be credited to my account
