I am the owner of flat A2016 Yashone Hinjewadi Pune. I rented the flat with a contract from Lisa home solutions. They have not paid my rent which they have already collected from the tenant. After multiple follow ups on email, phone and WhatsApp they have now stopped responding to me and not paying the pending rent. Persons I have been in contact with are Dhanshree. The owner Ratnesh Upadhyay is a fraud and have multiple complaints against him and his business across different channels. Not sure how to get my pending rent back now.
