I have purchased deals in Ahmedabad but while visiting merchant, he denied to honour the deal saying that it could not be honoured from 24th Dec to 31st Dec due to christamas days. the deal expiry date was 31st dec. If the deal was not pissible to honour after 23rd then why the expiry date was offerred as 31st? Isn't it a policy to fool customer with offerring long period deal?
I applied forcrefund on 24th night itself but refund is not received even after 15 days till now. Even after putting hard efforts to find customer care number or eMail ID, I could not find it.
Little app seems cheater company. It is not providing any customer care number or even customer care eMail address. Only way, you can transact with little app is, through app or website and that is one way communication-from your side only. Company is not coming in direct touch and that reflects its fraund intention.
