Little App — prefer not credited in my account

I bought a deal on 12 may 2019 i cancelled that deal on 12 may 2019 i was told by the app only that the amount of 2245 will be added to my account in two working days. But the amount has not been credited back still. Please guide me what should i do next. As their contact number is not pick it up and nobody is picking their customer care number also please guide me how can i proceed and what should i do.
