I wish to file an urgent complaint against Little Box regarding my recent order purchased under their Buy 1 Get 1 sale offer. The shirts delivered are significantly different from the product images and description shown on the website. The quality, fabric, fit, and overall appearance do not match what was advertised, making the products misleading and unacceptable.
Despite this, Little Box has refused my return and refund request solely because the items were purchased during a sale. A sale policy cannot justify denying a refund when the delivered products are materially different from what was represented to the customer.
I request immediate intervention, approval of the return, and a full refund of the amount paid. This matter should be treated as urgent as no satisfactory resolution has been provided by the company.
