I wish to file an urgent complaint against Little Box regarding my recent order purchased under their Buy 1 Get 1 sale offer. The shirts delivered are significantly different from the product images and description shown on the website. The quality, fabric, fit, and overall appearance do not match what was advertised, making the products misleading and unacceptable.
Despite this, Little Box has refused my return and refund request...

I purchased a dress from Little Box India, but they delivered the wrong one. I returned it, but now they are not responding and haven't provided my refund....
