LittleApp — Deal not honored by merchant goldfin and little app team

My name is nikhil telang. My contact no.Is [protected].I had bought 2 food deals i.E. Veg and non veg deals on 1.9.2016 for inr 699.00 and inr 799.00 respectively on little app for restaurant goldfin located at oshiwara, andheri west, mumbai-53 .The expiry date of this deals were 31.10.2016 and i wanted to redeem the deals on 28.10.2016. However both the merchant and the online app team refused to honor the deals stating that the deal was closed whereas no intimation was sent to me w.R.T the same and also the refund was not initiated proactively. This put me in a very embarrassing and precarious situation as i had invited my guests to treat them to this restaurant and this had to be cancelled last minute. I suggest the respective team to take the strictest possible action as this incident has caused me humiliation and emotional disturbance.
