LittleApp — redeemed before using coupon

I purchased a deal at little app message appeared successful but i cannot see the details of the pin generated to redeem deal purchased i raised a complaint ticket in app itself after 10 minutes the details are visible but as soon as i use the deal it shows redeemed...
