LittleApp — refund not credited in account

I purchased a deal from little app on dated 9.4.2019 for rs1032 and dated 16.4.2019 for rs 199 and applied the refund for the same on same date. I received a message from merchant that money has been credited to your account but till now when almost 15 days over the money not credited in my account. Pls help for refund.
