LittleApp — refund not received from little

Recently i purchased 2 food orders worth (6300, 2100) from little app for lunch in palato restaurant. I cancelled the order because we went to some other restaurant for lunch. I didn't get the refund for the cancelled order. It's been more than a week since i cancelled the order still no response from little. There is no customer support team with whom we can raise the concern. Please look into this as the amount is large.
