LittleApp — refunded amount

I have cancelled 2 deals of rs 12000 in little app. Till now they have not refunded my amount. There is also no customer support to raise a query.

I have attached below screenshots for reference.

Recently i got a message saying that we have refunded your amount to your account but till now i haven't received any amount. As it is very huge amount of money, i am worried about it. Please help

I have requested for refund from little app for jonathans kitchen restuarant and still the amount is not credited and it has been a month since refund was requested.
