I am writing regarding Order #2259845.
I had ordered a dress, but unfortunately the size was too small, so I returned the item. I was expecting the refund amount to be credited back to my original payment account. However, the refund was instead added to the app wallet as a gift voucher.
I was not aware that the voucher had an expiry date, as most shopping apps usually do not expire wallet balances or vouchers so quickly. Because of this, the voucher has now expired, and I am unable to use it anymore.
I kindly request you to either:
- Reactivate/provide the voucher again, or
- Refund the amount back to my original payment method.
Otherwise, my entire refund amount will go to waste, which is very disappointing as I returned the product within the proper process.
