I orderd the dress this year on 15 january 2025 and I accidentally orderd wrong size . First the shipping was late so the delievery, then after I recived the colour didnt match as it was shown and when I asked for exchange till.now they gave no.respomse i even asked for money reurn and product return ..no response......

They haven't responded to my emails or taken any action against the exchange package that was due 15 days ago.
No response regarding complaints either...
