I am writing regarding Order #2259845.

I had ordered a dress, but unfortunately the size was too small, so I returned the item. I was expecting the refund amount to be credited back to my original payment account. However, the refund was instead added to the app wallet as a gift voucher.

I was not aware that the voucher had an expiry date, as most shopping apps usually do not expire wallet balances or vouchers...

They haven't responded to my emails or taken any action against the exchange package that was due 15 days ago.
No response regarding complaints either...

I orderd the dress this year on 15 january 2025 and I accidentally orderd wrong size . First the shipping was late so the delievery, then after I recived the colour didnt match as it was shown and when I asked for exchange till.now they gave no.respomse i even asked for money reurn and product return ..no response...
