Hi, It has been almost a week since you said you have processed my refund but I still have NOT got it. Is this another way of showcasing that you attend to customer complaints by quoting some random transaction ID? It is an utter shame that you resort to cheating customers AND the general public who watch these forums. Don't you have a moral conscience at the least? Why do you even have to reply to such complaints when you have absolutely no intention of resolving them?

and to top it all you are operating from IIIT-Hyderabad campus. The institute should actually take note of the kind of cheating that is happening!
