I've placed the order #[protected] for 2 t-shirts on 23rd july and i haven't received any updates or information about the same.. I have made the payment (Online) of rupees 640 as well.. [protected]@gmail.com is my registered email id and [protected] is my mobile number.. Taking more than a month to deliver or even inform the delay and refund is not acceptable.. Kindly take this a priority..

Some fraudulent people claimed to have called from Livastar just called me and asked my card details including my card number, the expiry date, and the CVV number only by which they say they would refund the amount.. I do not understand the way they consider the customers as fools.. this has to be taken serious.. i want the refund at once..

    My order number was[protected] they said they gonna deliver within two days and that's it there's no call back from the website nor a message.
    If website people do not get back to me then i am gonna proceed legally on the same as they are cheating the general public.
    If delivery won't possible kindly refund the money or else i would go the consumer forum or even higher

    Hi I have ordered my shirt one month back for 588 rs /- but still now I haven't got any response from the team no tracking is available, poor response from the team, cheating customers . Waste website. Fraud people, still under processing its saying if I track it . Have to sue this people.

        I was told by Neesha reddy to pay online.
        I paid.
        Now, what?
        I didn't got any shipping detail neither via phone nor via e-mail.
        Your customer support contact never responded.
        Does livastar really exists??
        I called on [protected] for at least 50 times.
        Nobody received never.
        I always got answer that u will be called and other executives were busy right then.
        Now give me a way to communicate and make sure livastar really exists.

          I have brought the t-shirt from Livastar.com. order no-22735. It was defective piece which I came to know after paying money to them..

          I initiated exchange for new order.. Livastar has sent the new order through FedEx courier, but they are asking money for this exchange of new order..

          Customer service number is not working... No one is responding

                I had ordered one jacket on 28th Dec, 2015. There is no communication from LivaStar Team regarding the processing of the order. I have been trying to reach out to them, but there is no communication. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and it has been credited to LivaStar account. Can the LivaStar team please respond and let me know the status of the order. Order ID: 19158 Date Added: 28/12/2015 Payment Method: PayU Money When i try to trace the order, it shows there is no order corresponding to this Order ID.

                  I had bought a Shirt on Livastar.com (Order No. 10225). But, the shirt's size did not suit me. When I enquired, they asked me to send the product back so that a refund can be processed. I had sent the product back and they have even acknowledged it. But, they haven't processed my refund till now. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I haven't gotten any response in the past 4 months. A perfect SCAMSTER!

It is an utter shame that you resort to cheating customers AND the general public who watch these forums. Don't you have a moral conscience at the least? Why do you even have to reply to such complaints when you have absolutely no intention of resolving them?
                  and to top it all you are operating from IIIT-Hyderabad campus. The institute should actually take note of the kind of cheating that is happening!

                        I have ordered Small size product but received XL size.I very very disappointment about livastar services.There is no respones for compliants.I reported this complaint at earlier state itself in all possible site(Facebook Offical page, livastar official page). But i didnt receive any from them.Please refund my money.
                        The issue has been resolved.

                          I have ordered a shirt in online in livastar website on 17 september.They said it will be delivered in 5-6days.Just I received that your payment is completed and till now I didnt receive any information about my order, not even about order dispatch and its tracking id, nothing. I had mailed them 5times.Everytime they say your request is under process but no reply for any message. So please help me in solving this.I'm attaching order information picture.

                          Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The mail that was sent to us was redirected to the spam folder. Also the delivery was in Nagarkurnool which out of delivery serviceable area and this caused delay.
