I have purchased one spy pen from live cam tv shop invoice no 3964 dated 9/8/2014 and the same was deliverd by JAVAS at my address Borah Bhawan, TRP Road, Bharalumukh, Guwahati-9, Kamrup, Assam, India, on 14/8 2014 at evening, but the product is not working from the same day, after followed by their instruction of operating. It seems that they had sold me the defective products
Now after calling their customer care no . as printed in the invoice the no. shows as invalid. I had searched the complain cell/ phone no./ email id in their web site as written on the invoice www. live cam shop.com I could not find anything. I have also called in their order confirmation phone no. as shown in the web site but the phone is not working.
Note.:- in the invoice they have printed the senders name as From. Powerline Energy, 944/3, FaizRoad, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.
